Kelin Zhang is the violin maker and Luthier for Kelin Violin Shop, which is owned by Vitali Music Instruments, makes high quality violins, violas, cellos and basses in Plano, Texas. He graduated from The Violin Making School of America, Salt Lake City, Utah and studied under the world famous violin maker, Peter Paul Prier. Kelin is the Luthier Member of Violin Society of America.
Kelin Zhang has been making instruments for professional musicians since 1985. Clients of Kelin’s violins include the Assistant Concertmaster of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Ronald Hundson, and the 1992 Silver Medallist in the Henryk Szeryng Violin Competition, Laura Boseert.
